Snails!

Postby Sunflower on Fri Jun 05, 2009 5:02 am

With all the rain we got this past spring we seem to have an over abundance of snails around the yard (which means probably in the pasture too). How do I get rid of them! Don't want to use a poison that will be dangerous for our animals.

Salt laid where they have to cross it will kill them. It dryies them out.

I never thought about salt! I will definitely try that, such a simple, safe and cheap idea...Thank you!

DE kills them too. When they crawl across it they get cut and die. I am freakin' overrun with the stupid things!
