Prayers please

Through prayer troubles are healed, through poems feelings are expressed, through grief we begin to see the joys, and when requested we can all share these times with you.

Prayers please

I had mentioned this in the evening thread yesterday, but wanted to make a special request for prayers.

A coworker of my mom's passed away on Saturday. It's hit all of them really hard. Her coworker - Barry - left behind a wife and daughter. 5 yrs. ago his son passed away from an anurisium. Now his wife and daughter are dealing with the loss of him. He was 49 yrs. old, and suddenely passed out Saturday morning. They tried to revive him but couldn't. They said that he had a hole in one of his heart valves. He had looked at having surgery but was told there wasn't a good chance of survival. It was 50/50 and that was just to make it through surgery not to continue on after surgery.

It has hit everyone really hard and they are having a rough time with it. Mom talked with one of her other coworkers, and said they had spoken with his wife. She's a strong lady and holding up really well. Her daughter is trying to deal with it, by acting like nothing has happened so far. The funeral is tomorrow and I know it will hit his family after the funeral especially hard. If you could please say a prayer for them, I know they will need it.

What hit even harder is the upcoming car show their work puts on yearly. He always helps out when he can and he was to help out again this year with it. It's not going to be right without him. Every year when I volunteered for the car show, he would be there if he could. He loved his family dearly and always kept on the postive side of things.

All of the employees will be going to the funeral tomorrow, and they are taking the neccessary steps to help smooth things out as much as possible for his family and work place. He was very well thought of, and did alot of tech stuff at work. There trying to figure out how to go on with the things he did, without him, and it's proving to be a challenge.

Well, I'll let you go. Thanks for any prayers you can send! Everyone involved can use them.

Thanks again!
Sharon

Prayers for the family. Death is never easy but it seems so much harder when it involves a younger person....and a child is left.
So sad.....
