I have a question about the tool bar. Does it come up only when we are logged on here or all of the time?

It is a toolbar that attaches to the browser window, like the google or yahoo toolbar. Also like the built in bars - the navigation or bookmark toolbar.
AOL does not allow it, unless you open your IE or Firefox browser separate from the AOL browser.

Yep, it stays all the time.
I love it, it's so easy to come here, it dings when I have a new email and it shows me if I have new PMs on here. It has weather and radio too. And a chat room!
