I'm praying for a job!

Through prayer troubles are healed, through poems feelings are expressed, through grief we begin to see the joys, and when requested we can all share these times with you.

I'm praying for a job!

Postby RosePatch on Tue Jul 22, 2008 9:16 pm

I've been waiting for months for a job to come open at a local call center, SI International. The only time you can put an application in is when they're hiring and getting ready for a training period. My friend, Lori, works there and has been keeping her ears open and danged if they're not going to hire within the next few weeks.
Why is this job so very important to me???? Because they have health insurance with no regard to PRE-EXISTING ILLNESS!!! As in a large fibroid tumor that must be removed!!!
If I can get that job I could have health insurance in about six weeks (you have to train for four) and could have my surgery and not have to pay for all of it!!! They have retirement, 401K, short term and long term disability, life insurance, health care, eye and dental... just about anything you want. I told Lori I didn't care if I brought a dime home on a paycheck if I could just get some freakin' benefits!
Say a prayer for me, guys! I really, really need to get this job!
