Jamie just sent me the link to the site so I'm here to check it out. Nice digs! How is everyone? Me? I'm up to my elbows in art and loving it. Doing altered cutlery and altered recipe cards at the moment. I'll have to post pics of what I've been doing. Getting ready to make a guest book for my step daughter's wedding and a fabric journal for their first year of marriage where they can journal and have a place for pictures and keepsakes. Going to also make silk paper pages for the guest book. Lots of experimenting and fun!!!

Old friends gather together in our little corner.
The greatest joy of reuniting is sharing beyond the borders.
take a moment and look around,
we anxiously await for stories abound.
It's good to see you once again,
jump right in and let the sharing begin!

:hugs:

Cathy you have been missed!!

Hey Cathy,

I have been thinking about you a lot lately, good to see you here!

Well let's see, my sister got married on May 24, 2008 ( Memorial Day weekend ) and I just flew back from your neck of the woods, was near Atlanta, GA, I am going to become an Aunt again in February, my sister-in-law became pregnant when she was here for my sister's wedding, she and my brother and their 3 year old daughter live in Georgia now that is why my Mom and I went to GA to drop my sister-in-law and niece back to their home in Alpharetta, GA and we gave my sister-in-law my Mom's VW so they would have 2 cars so we left Sunday June 8th at 2AM and just returned back home Saturday June 14th, was supposed to leave June 13th though but airplane issues but I LOVE to fly, you can read about my trip down in Goat Gossip.

Cathy,

I do seem to be the favorite Aunt around here especially to my 3 year old niece in Georgia who is going to become a big sister come February and this will be the 5th time I will be an Aunt! You should have seen my 3 year old niece, she stayed here with us a couple weeks after my sister's wedding and she got really attached to her Aunt Amy and her Granny ( my Mom ) and her Grandpa or Papa ( my Dad ) but I am glad my Mom and I got to spend some time with them while in GA too.
