Has anyone used Iver-On (Ivermectin Pour On)?

Postby tinytoez on Sat Oct 18, 2008 8:19 pm

TSC has the 5 liter bottle of Iver On for $70.00. I have only used Ivermectin once on my herd, so I know this wormer is not one my gals are resistant to so I got some. I have read the dose is 1cc per 11lbs. Has anyone ever used it and how did well did it work for you?

I have used it and I did the dosage at 1cc per 20pounds....and then dropped to 1cc per 11 pounds and had decent results with it. But I also have a couple goats that are resist to Ivermec.
The truth will set you free, but first it will piss you off.

It smells awful but then that is normal (smells like alcohol).

Well I guess I will find out soon how I like it. I will be worming those that eyes are not pink on wednesday. I figure I only paid $35 for my half so it is worth a try.
